DELIVERY

Standard

  • Standard Delivery is available in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Indonesia.  The cost is included in the price of the product
  • Orders placed before 4pm are shipped the next business day
  • The estimated delivery is generally 2-4 working days
  • All standard deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, Aktyva has no control over the delivery day or time
  • For a guaranteed delivery date, please choose our express service
  • As soon as we receive confirmation of your shipment processing, an order tracking link will be provided by email in your welcome email (typically on the next business day)

Express

Express is available for next day delivery in Singapore and Hong Kong, for an additional fee, for orders placed before 4pm.


SELF-COLLECT

  • Self-Collect is available in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia
  • Orders have to be placed online before collection can be arranged. Our warehouse staff will not release any orders without prior instruction
  • Orders placed before 4pm will be ready for collection the next working day
  • Self-collection is possible from Monday to Friday from 1-5pm
  • Cash-and-carry is currently not available. Orders have to be placed online prior to collecting
  • The collection details (address, contact person, collection date/time) will be emailed to you after receiving your order and payment confirmation
  • Payment upon collection is currently not possible. Orders have to be paid online before self-collection can be arranged
  • Orders have to be collected within 72hrs from receiving the collection instructions

We unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery schedules, as customs clearance is out of our control.

Customs duties and value added taxes may be levied at the point of import.  You will be contacted by the courier company completing the delivery for payment.
