Troubleshooting

One of our staff will contact you within 3 working days and we will initiate the troubleshooting process by asking you a few questions remotely.

Primary analysis

If required, we will advise a time for you to drop us your machine. All the details will be sent by email.

Note: collection and delivery can be arranged in Singapore for an additional cost of S$30/trip.

Repairing

Once your machine is fixed, we will get in touch to advise the repair costs and send you the payment details.

Should you decide not to proceed, cost of parts will not be charged but labour charges and pickup/drop-off fees (if any) will apply.

Closing

Once your payment is received, our team will send you the collection details by email.

Note

Should your machine no longer be under warranty, labor and cost of parts may apply.
