Slinger Bag comes with a 2-year limited warranty. It covers that the components of the Slinger Launcher will be free of defects in workmanship or malfunctions during normal use.

Important: if you are considering purchasing a second-hand set, please note it will not be covered under warranty as the Slinger warranty is not transferable.

  • Slinger trolley bag: the Slinger trolley bag, including the handle, wheels, bag material and all zippers (excluding zipper pullers)
  • Slinger launcher components: all original parts of the Slinger launcher including its motors, feeder tray, fly wheel, metal shute, firing mechanism, control panel, elevation knob, phone charger cable
  • Slinger oscillator components: includes plastic casing, internal motor and external connector
  • Slinger telescopic ball collector: the tube in its entirety
  • Slinger cell phone holder: the accessory in its entirety, including outer plastic casing, and expandable phone holder clip

What is excluded from this warranty:

  • The Lithium-Ion battery
  • Tennis balls of any kind
  • Damage or equipment failure due to normal wear and tear, corrosion, improper or negligent use, maintenance, or attempted repair
  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Products that have not been purchased from Tennis Bot Pte Ltd
  • Counterfeits

There are two options available to you:

Note that the above services are currently only available in Singapore and Hong Kong.

There can be a few issues for this. Initiate troubleshooting by checking on the following:

  1. Try using a different power plug, which you know works (i.e. which you normally use to charge your phone for instance)
  2. Make sure the adapter has been properly installed to the charger so that a strong connection is made. The picture below shows how a properly inserted adapter should look like:

This tutorial assumes that you confirmed the following:

  1. Your battery is not charging and the LED on the charger never turns red.
  2. Using a different power point does not solve the issue.
  3. The adapter is properly inserted onto the charger (check this FAQ for more details).
  4. The charging end of the charger has been fully inserted into the front panel of the bag.

If all the above has been checked and your Slinger is still not charging, please follow the steps below to ensure that the battery is well connected:

  1. Turn off your Slinger.
  2. Look on the left of the hole whereby the balls are shoot out: you should see 4 plastic screws. They hold the battery of your Slinger in place.
  3. Please remove them and keep them aside in a safe location.
  4. Pull the battery, and check that the cable at the back is connected.
  5. If yes, make sure the cable is tightly connected and adjust if needed.
  6. If not, pull the cable from the back of your Slinger and connect it to the battery.
  7. Put the battery back into your Slinger and secure it with the 4 screws.
  8. Connect the charger and check that the LED on it is now red.


  • Always point the remote control at the Slinger Bag unit.
  • The usable range of the remote control is approximately ¾ to a full-court length.

Starting the ball launcher:

  1. Point the remote at the Slinger Bag unit and press the “ball” button.
  2. The battery lights on the Slinger Bag unit will flash if the command has been received.
  3. If the lights are not flashing, move closer and press the “ball” button again.
  4. You will hear a beep after approximately 5 seconds.
  5. The Slinger Bag will launch the ball approximately 3 seconds after the beep.

Starting the oscillator:

  1. Place the Slinger Bag unit on the oscillator and connect the power cord as per the instruction manual.
  2. Point the remote at the Slinger Bag unit and press the “oscillator” button.
  3. The Slinger Bag unit will start to oscillate immediately.
  4. If the Slinger Bag unit does not oscillate, move closer and press the “oscillator” button again.

Unfortunately, Lobster Sports tennis ball machine are neither water resistant nor waterproof. They cannot be used under the rain or on a wet tennis court.
In addition, remember to avoid putting wet tennis balls in your machine as they would either get stuck or damage the machine.

For greater accuracy, consistency, and durability, we advise you to use pressure-less tennis balls with your tennis ball machine. We usually recommend using HEAD TRAINER, Wilson trainer, or Dunlop Coaching balls.

You may also train with pressurized tennis balls, but they won’t last as long as pressureless balls. This will result in higher costs as you will need to replace them more often. Shall you prefer that option, the HEAD TOUR XT is great option.

Please refer to the instructions below to pair (or synchronise again) your new remote to your launcher:

  1. Please ensure that no balls are located inside the bag or the feeder plate
  2. Switch the launcher to “ON”
  3. Using a small pin, push the reset button 8 times (reset button #4 on the control panel)
  4. Wait 3-5 sec.
  5. Push the reset button one more time to complete the syncing
  6. Press the top button on the remote to hear a “BEEP” which indicates a successful connection

After checking the condition of your machine we will provide you a quotation. Shall you agree with the price offered, we will list it on our online store in our used machines section.

We service all the machines we receive and sell them with a one-year warranty, even if the original warranty period expired. After the machine is sold we will then contact you to pay you the price we agreed on.

The entire Intellectual Property of the Lobster Sport brand lies within its sophisticated software which is only entrusted to Lobster’s most trusted partners.

We can upgrade software immediately in Singapore, where you would normally have to:

  • Remove the control panel
  • Ship it to USA where Lobster Sports will upgrade the software
  • Ship back to customer and reinstall

This entire process is very costly (USD 300 ++ in shipping cost), your machine will be down for several weeks ultimately impacting your precious training time on the court.

We advise you to charge the battery of your Lobster tennis ball machine before using it or right after playing.

If you use the machine for an hour, 2 or 3hrs maximum of charging using the 2-Amp fast charger will suffice.

When charging, light on charger will be red and when full light on charger will be green.

In any case, please make sure to regularly charge your machine – even if you are not using it and if it is only for 15 minutes. Not charging it regularly (i.e. less than once a month) will cause the battery to deplete and ultimately go flat which will require replacing it with a new one.
