Your Slinger Bag comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty, covering defects in workmanship or malfunctions of the launcher components during normal use.
Important: If you are considering purchasing a second-hand Slinger Bag, please note that the warranty is not transferable. Pre-owned units are therefore not eligible for warranty coverage.
Covered under warranty:
The warranty applies to the original components of the Slinger system, including:
- Slinger Trolley Bag: handle, wheels, bag material, and zippers (excluding zipper pullers)
- Slinger Launcher Components: motors, feeder tray, flywheel, metal chute, firing mechanism, control panel, elevation knob, and phone charging cable
- Slinger Oscillator: plastic casing, internal motor, and external connector
- Slinger Telescopic Ball Collector: the tube in its entirety
- Slinger Phone Holder: full accessory including outer casing and expandable phone clip
Not covered under warranty:
The warranty does not apply to:
- Lithium-ion battery
- Tennis balls
- Damage or equipment failure caused by normal wear and tear, corrosion, improper or negligent use, maintenance, or attempted repairs
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Products purchased through unauthorized sellers in markets where Aktyva holds exclusive distribution rights
- Counterfeit products

Yes, you can. We offer two ways to experience the Slinger Bag before committing:
1. Rent a Slinger Bag
You can rent a unit and test it on court. If you later decide to purchase a brand-new Slinger Bag, your rental cost will be fully deducted from the purchase price.

Yes, it is possible!
Since tennis and padel balls are very similar in size, the Slinger Slam Pack (tennis) can be used to practice many padel strokes and drills.
However, the tennis version of Slinger does not generate backspin, which is an important element in certain padel shots and training scenarios.
If you would like to train with both topspin and backspin, we recommend using the Slinger Padel machine, which is specifically designed for padel training.
If your Slinger Bag is not charging, there may be several possible causes. Before contacting support, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check the power outlet: try using a different power socket that you know is working properly (for example, one you normally use to charge your phone or other devices).
2. Verify the charger adapter connection: ensure that the power adapter is firmly attached to the charger. The adapter should click securely into place to ensure a strong electrical connection.
If the issue persists after these checks, please contact our Aktyva support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
If your Slinger battery is not charging, please first confirm the following:
- The LED on the charger never turns red while charging
- Using a different power outlet does not resolve the issue
- The adapter is properly attached to the charger (see the previous FAQ for guidance)
- The charging connector is fully inserted into the front panel of the Slinger Bag
If all the above has been checked and your Slinger is still not charging, the battery cable may need to be reconnected. Please follow these steps:
- Turn off your Slinger
- Locate the battery compartment: look to the left of the ball exit opening. You will see four plastic screws holding the battery in place
- Remove the screws: unscrew the four plastic screws and set them aside in a safe place
- Pull the battery out carefully: check whether the cable at the back of the battery is connected
- Verify the connection: if the cable is connected, ensure it is firmly seated and tighten it if necessary. If it is disconnected, reconnect the cable from inside the Slinger to the battery
- 6. Reinstall the battery: place the battery back into the compartment and secure it with the four screws
- Test the charger: reconnect the charger. The LED should now turn red, indicating that the battery is charging.

If your Slinger remote control is not responding, please review the points below.
Important:
- Always point the remote control directly at the Slinger Bag unit
- The effective range of the remote is approximately Âľ of a court to a full-court length
- Starting the ball launcher:
Point the remote toward the Slinger Bag unit - Press the “Ball” button
- The battery indicator lights on the Slinger Bag will flash to confirm that the signal has been received
- If the lights do not flash, move closer to the machine and press the “Ball” button again
- You will hear a beep after approximately 5 seconds
- The Slinger Bag will launch the first ball about 3 seconds after the beep
Starting the oscillator:
- Place the Slinger Bag on the oscillator and connect the power cable according to the instruction manual
- Point the remote toward the Slinger Bag unit
- Press the “Oscillator” button
- The Slinger Bag should start oscillating immediately
- If it does not, move closer and try again

To pair (or re-synchronize) a remote control with your Slinger Bag launcher, please follow the steps below:
- Prepare the machine: ensure that no tennis balls are inside the bag or on the feeder plate
- Turn the launcher on: switch the Slinger Bag to “ON”
- Reset the control panel: using a small pin, press the reset button (#4 on the control panel) eight times
- Wait a few seconds: allow 3–5 seconds for the system to reset
- Complete the pairing: press the reset button once more to finalize the synchronization process
- Test the connection: press the top button on the remote control
If the pairing was successful, you will hear a “beep” from the machine confirming the connection.

- Collection hours are Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Please note that our tennis court can only be booked on the hour, so proposed time slots should start at a full hour (e.g., 10:00, 11:00, 12:00).

To keep your Lobster tennis ball machine performing at its best, we recommend charging the battery before each use or immediately after your training session.
As a general guideline:
- If you use the machine for about one hour, 2-3 hours of charging with the 2-Amp fast charger is usually sufficient
- While charging, the LED on the charger will be red
- Once the battery is fully charged, the LED will turn green
Even if you are not using the machine regularly, it is important to charge the battery periodically. Charging it once a month for at least 15 minutes helps maintain the battery’s health.
Failing to charge the battery for extended periods can cause it to fully discharge, which may permanently damage the battery and require replacement.
Unfortunately, Slinger Bag and Lobster Sports tennis ball machines are not waterproof or water-resistant. They should not be used in the rain or on a wet tennis court, as moisture can damage the internal electronics and mechanical components.
In addition, please avoid placing wet tennis balls into the machine. Damp balls can get stuck in the feeding mechanism or damage internal parts, which may affect the performance of your launcher.
For best performance and longevity, always use your machine in dry conditions with clean, dry tennis balls.
